September and October 2023
Lake Chelan has been outstanding Catching for Laketrout, Chinook and Kokanee in the lower basin.. Kokanee have been moving around now so it might take you a little while to find them but when you do it’s a lights out bite!
Laketrout are beginning to start the Spawn Cycle now.
Chinook Salmon bite has been best the first 3 hrs of Daylight. Thanks so much to all that have fished me over this reporting period! Tight lines!
June and July 2023
Lake Chelan Chinook and Laketrout catching has been real good in the Lower Basin of Lake Chelan and the upper Lake Chelan Creek mouths fishing has been real good for Mark for Cutthroat and a Handful of Rainbow Trout…
We have been targeting Chinook and Laketrout in depths from 185 ft to 250ft Deep daily. The success have came off a variety of Colors so if one Color isn’t working we change to find what they want for that day. Early morning starts have been best for us. Lake Chelan has been productive for us with good numbers of Laketrout and Yes Landlocked Chinook Salmon!!!
Been Finding the Kings in all depths lately! Laketrout have been hitting within 20 Ft of the bottom Depth. Thanks to all that have fished with us over this reporting period. Tight lines Folks and be Safe on the water!!!

Lake Chelan has been outstanding Chinook and Laketrout Catching for us daily! We have been stuffing the cooler most every trip out on the lake! I expect the Chinook bite to get better as the weather transitions to our normal Spring Temperatures now! Thanks so much to all that have fished with us during this reporting period! Lake Chelan has been outstanding Catching for us so far this month! We have been having Double, Triple and Quad hookups Daily! The Laketrout have been Stacked in areas where the Mysis Shrimp are!

Lake Chelan Winter fishing has been real good when we can get our boats in the water between Snow Storms.
Lower Basin has produced huge numbers of Laketrout with a Chinook mixed in the catch.. Kokanee fishing farther uplake has been good when you find them schooled up.. Don’t give up on those tight Schooled Fish, turn the boat and go right back over them. Thanks to all that have fished with us over these challenging weather days this winter.. Lake Chelan has been very good Fishing for us in the Lower Basin. We have been putting numbers on the boat most every trip including Chinook and Laketrout!

Catching on Lake Chelan continues to be Hot for us in the Lower Basin.
Chinook Salmon and Laketrout have been very consistent for us in the early morning so it’s crucial to be out when the fish are biting best! Chasing marks on my Sonar has been very productive!

The Chinook, Laketrout and Kokanee bite on Lake Chelan continues to be very Productive for us in the Lower Basin of Lake Chelan! With this colder Spring it has kept our water Temp lower than normal which has made it challenging at times but we are still putting Fish on the boat every trip! We do have some openings for the upcoming months so don’t hesitate to call and get your Chance at boating the best eating Chinook Salmon in the world. Thanks so much to all that have fished with us over the last month! Tight lines folks and Please watch the wind forecast before venturing out on small boats! Remember water just don’t care!
March and April 2022
Lake Chelan Catching has been great for us in the Lower Basin. We have been having 3 species trips most everyday!!
Fish have been Deep for the most part but have been picking up a few Koks shallow. The lower lake has been picked over this last week for Kokanee below Chelan Shores Condos. Chinook catching has been steady for us with boating a Chinook and Laketrout everyday! Thanks a bunch to all that have Fished with us during this weird Spring!

Lake Chelan has been Red Hot Fishing for Laketrout, Chinook and Kokanee for us! Early morning bite for the Kokanee with limits most everyday! Chinook and Laketrout bite has been best Mid morning!
So we are now offering a early morning Kokanee trips! Also if you want to do the “Lake Chelan Grand Slam” we are offering this also! The “Grand Slam” is Laketrout, Chinook and Kokanee catching all in a Half day Trip! Call for the details anytime.

Lake Chelan continued to produce good numbers of Chinook and Laketrout for me in the lower basin.. Kokanee catching has picked up at and above the Yacht Club.
Trolling very deep has been the key to catching Kings for us! Kokanee are being caught from 60 to 120ft. Find the schools and stay on them has been working!
With weather changing it can be challenging to get out but we have openings so don’t hesitate to call and get your chance at boating a Lake Chelan Chinook and Lakers.

Lake Chelan continues to produce Chrome Chinook and Laketrout for us everyday!
The Lower Basin and Monument have produced well for us this month.
Some folks have caught a few Chinook running Herring but remember folks our Lake Chelan Chinook don’t feed on Herring! So to be successful everyday you must “Match the Hatch”.

Mark, my partner, has been venturing up lake targeting Cutthroat and Rainbows at the creek mouths and I have been targeting Chinook and Laketrout in the lower basin. Everyday has been challenging in the lower lake to put numbers in the cooler but most days I have been catching Chinook most days, Lake trout on the other hand has been up one day and down the next but my record still stands with No Skunk trips in over 13 yrs folks and I am dang proud of that.

Lake Chelan has been red hot since the beginning of the year for both Laketrout and Chinook! Laketrout have been moving around in Packs so when you find them they will hit your gear! The Chinook have been a challenge but we are still hooking up most every day! Hopefully Mother Nature will calm down a little which will make it much easier getting on the water more! We have been hooking Chinook most every fishing trip. Joe’s Flies have been super hot for Chinook Salmon and the Laketrout!

of Lake Chelan. Kokanee Fishing has been lights out just uplake from Lakeside Park.
We should be moving into Phase 2 to where I will be able to have 4 passengers onboard..call and get your Chance at boating Lake Chelan King Salmon and Laketrout.

Lake Chelan continues to Kick out Chinook and Laketrout for me over this month but not in big numbers but consistant.
With all the weather changes and fish spawning it has been proven very challenging to get thee fish to bite.
My key to success this month has been finding fish on the sonar and stay on top of them and sooner or later I get a few to bite.

With Fall in the air and weather changes it ha been challenging at times to get these fish to bite but we have been putting fish on the boat everyday.
Presentation has been crucial to get these fish to bite with varying my speed and dropping and raising the baits to trigger the aggressive fish.
We have a lot of slots open now so don’t hesitate to call and get your chance at catching the most beautiful and challenging Landlocked Chinook Salmon you will every see at over 200 ft deep!

We are still catching Chinook and Laketrout in the lower basin but it has slowed a little for us!

Lake Chelan has been very productive for Chinook and Laketrout for us with hook ups on Kings most everyday! We have been finding fish in depths from 160 to 245 in the lower basin! Kokanee have dropped down now so I do expect the Bite to really pick up for us!

Lake Chelan has been Outstanding for Catching Chinook and Laketrout for us in the lower basin of over this Month. Keep your baits down deep for these Chromer Kings and the Laketrout. We are hooking Chinook most every trip out and we have openings so don’t hesitate to call!
Trolling speeds have Varied for us with using new Product from Trinidad Tackle! The “Optimizer’ Spoon has been added to our Arsenal on Lake Chelan! This spoon can be trolled up to 7 MPH Believe It or Not!

Lake Chelan has been real good fishing over this reporting period with boating Land Locked Chinook and Laketrout! We have been catching most fish in the Lower Basin below The State Park in depths from 200 to 250ft.
Most fish have been striking within 50ft of the bottom and trolling speed between 1.2 and 1.6mph.
Kokanee have been showing up but they are Very Small this year so far!
The Double D Dodger from Macks lure paired with their Smile Blades with Squidders in various colors have been productive.
Spring has sprung in the Lake Chelan Valley now and the Catching is picking up everyday! Big Laketrout are showing up in selective locations now so Now is the time to book your Catching Adventure with us before dates all fill up!

Chinook Salmon and Laketrout are what we are targeting right now!
Call and get your chance at boating the Best eating, most beautiful Chinook Salmon in the world with Lake Chelan Adventures!
The Chinook and the Laketrout have been caught very deep in the water column in the Lower Basin for us.
Cutthroat fishing along the Shorelines and docks in the lower basin has produced for some but in the upper Basin the Cutthroat catching can be “Lights Out Catching for Limits” along the shorelines and Docks if you find them! The last picture in this report is a School of Cutthroat at the boat with a Roostertail dabbling on the Surface! This day was like catching Cutthroat in a Raceway at a Hatchery!
Kokanee also have been caught in depths from 40 to 120ft deep at the State Park, Monument, Manson Bay, Yacht Club and Mitchell Creek! The sad part is, that they are real small this year and the schools are spread out so when you see some on your Sonar try to stay on the school to be more productive! Do not leave Fish to Find Fish is our strategy!
Macks Lure Smile Blades with Squidders paired with the Double D Dodger has worked well for the Little Koks!
My Joe Fly that I tie has produced both Laketrout and Chinook for us over this reporting period!
Trolling speed has been real important for us with keeping that speed between 1.2 and 1.6 to be more productive. It can be very hard to do this especially in the wind but I do know that it will make you more productive when targeting these awesome fish.
